§ 3-30. Fees collected in Juvenile Court.

(a)

Upon order of the Juvenile Court the Circuit Clerk shall collect all fees assessed for representation in Juvenile Court.

(b)

Said fees shall be deposited in a special fund known as the Juvenile Court Representation Fund and shall carry over each year to said fund.
