§ 3-30.1. Additional fine.

(a)

There is hereby levied a sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) on each case in every District Court in Washington County, Arkansas; whether the cases be designated as "County" cases or "City" cases; so long as such is designated as a case governed by A.C.A. § 16-17-707 as a first or second class accounting record.

(b)

Said additional fine shall be collected by the Clerks of said Court from each defendant who pleads guilty, nolo contendere, is found guilty, or forfeits bond, for any misdemeanor or traffic violation; so long as such is designated as a case governed by A.C.A. § 16-17-707 as a first or second class accounting record. This fine applies to each charge.

(c)

Said twenty dollars ($20.00) fine is to be collected and used solely and expressly as set out in A.C.A. § 16-17-129 as existing and as amended in the future.
