§ 16-12. Exclusions.

(a)

Motor vehicles assigned to the Office of the Sheriff of Washington County, Arkansas, shall be excluded from the provisions of this Article, provided, however, that the Sheriff shall cause those vehicles in the Patrol and Detention Divisions to be clearly marked as Sheriff's Office vehicles.

(b)

Motor vehicles assigned to the Office of the Coroner of Washington County, Arkansas, shall be excluded from the provisions of this Article, provided, however, that the Coroner shall cause those vehicles assigned to the Coroner's Office to be clearly marked as Coroner's Office vehicles.
