§ 16-11. Identification of County vehicles required.

(a)

All motor vehicles operated by Washington County, Arkansas, except those excluded herein, shall have the official seal of Washington County, Arkansas, affixed thereto in such a manner as to clearly and distinctly identify the property as being operated by Washington County, Arkansas.

(b)

All road equipment operated by Washington County, Arkansas, shall have the official seal of Washington County, Arkansas, or the words "PROPERTY OF WASHINGTON COUNTY ARKANSAS" affixed thereto in such a manner as to clearly and distinctly identify the property as belonging to Washington County, Arkansas.
