§ 16-13. Penalties.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly be in possession of any equipment which is not identified pursuant to the provisions of this Article.

(b)

A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation of this Article occurs.

(c)

A violation of this Article is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
