§ 11-33. Permit approval or denial.

The Administrative Officer may deny issuance of the permit, if in his/her opinion:

(1)

The process of moving the house or structure will cause physical injury to persons and/or property.

(2)

The house or structure or occupancy of the house or structure will violate any other requirements of the County and State including sanitation and land use requirements that may be in effect.

(3)

The applicant has failed to apply for a permit in violation of this Division.

(4)

The applicant has, without a permit from the county, failed to pay compensation in full for damages to persons or property while moving a house or structure.
