§ 11-32. Permit application.

Any person desiring to move a house as defined in this Division or a structure as defined in A.C.A. § 27-35-301 utilizing county roads shall first file with the Administrative Officer a written application; if a permit for such would also be required, other than for a manufactured home, by the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department when utilizing state roads pursuant to A.C.A. § 27-35-301 et seq. A copy of the application is as follows:

A site plan drawn to scale on which the house or structure is to be located is to be furnished, including dimensions and identifying the public way providing access to the land. The drawing shall also indicate the location of the building on the land.

Names and addresses of adjacent property owner: Attached signature form must be completed before permit is granted.

9.

Utility company and police signatures: Attached form must be completed before permit is granted.

10.

Occupancy permit: If house or structure is to be occupied at new site, attached form must be completed before permit is granted.

11.

City planning clearance: If structure is to be located in a city or in a city's planning area, clearance from the municipal planning office must be obtained.
