§ 11-34. Appeal.

If the Administrative Officer denies issuance of the Moving Permit, the applicant may appeal the decision to the County Planning Board within ten (10) days of the denial. The Board shall hear the appeal not later than thirty (30) days of the date of notice of appeal by the applicant. The decision of the County Planning Board shall be final.
