§ 11-21. Exemption from Arkansas Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Act.

Act 600 of 1987, the Arkansas Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Act, provided that a County may exempt itself from the provisions thereof; and whereas it is in the best interest of Washington County to exempt itself from the provisions of this Act; now, therefore, be it resolved by the Quorum Court that Washington County be and hereby is exempt from the provisions of Act 600 of 1987 as authorized in Section 4 of said Act.
