§ 9-33. Powers and duties.

The County Law Library Board shall have charge of the operation and maintenance of the County Law Library and the custody and care of its property, and shall direct the expenditure of funds derived for Law Library purposes, and any other funds received by the County, or the Board, for the use of the Law Library, and shall have the power and authority as set forth in the County Law Library Act [Ark. Stat. Ann. § 25-508].
