The new Washington County Library Board is hereby established as of January 1, 2004.

Ord. No. 2003-46, Art. 1, adopted Sept. 11, 2003, repealed § 9-11, in its entirety. Article 2 of said ordinance enacted new provisions to read as herein set out. Prior to amendment, § 9-11 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 78-1, § 1, adopted Jan. 13, 1978.
