Editor's note

Ord. No. 2000-9, Art. 1, adopted Feb. 14, 2000, amended the Code by repealing former § 3-24 in its entirety. Former § 3-24 pertained to an additional fee for paying costs incurred in establishment and maintenance of Court personnel and equipment and derived from Ord.
