§ 2-48.2. Retention of time cards required.

(a)

All original time cards of individual employees shall be retained by the elected official or Human Resource Office for four (4) years.

(b)

This section may be enforced by appropriate civil action or by other measures deemed appropriate by the Quorum Court.
