§ 2-21. Maximum penalties levied for misdemeanors by the Quorum Court.

If any penalty set out in the Washington County Code exceeds that as set out in A.C.A. § 14-14-805, then said penalty is hereby amended as follows:

(1)

Five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense;

(2)

One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for any subsequent offense; and

(3)

Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) a day for any continuing offenses.

All provisions for incarceration are hereby repealed.
