§ 2.5-1. Serving or consumption of mixed drinks, beer or wine in private clubs between 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator, or any employee of a private club, as defined by Arkansas law, in the county, including incorporated municipalities within the county, to serve or permit the consumption of mixed drinks, beer or wine on the premises of said private club between the hours of 2:00 o'clock a.m. and 10:00 o'clock a.m. on any day. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be punishable by a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
