§ 11-191.1. Zoning of certain remaining unzoned corridors.

  • (a)

    A portion of the corridors along the highways as set forth below, as depicted on the official zoning map, which is readopted by reference and declared to be a part of this article, are hereby zoned as agricultural single-family residential, the latter to have a lot, tract, or parcel size of no less than one (1) acre:

    (1)

    Highway 412 East and West;

    (2)

    Highway 71 South;

    (3)

    Highway 62;

    (4)

    Highway 16 West.

    (b)

    All other proposed uses in said corridors are hereby declared to be conditional uses and may be permitted based upon the factors set out in Washington County Code section 11-200.

    (c)

    Other portions of the above-stated corridors, as reflected on the official zoning map, remain unzoned at this time.
