§ 11-46. Building contractors.

(a)

Act 429 of 1995 provides that the State of Arkansas and its political subdivisions may utilize more flexible procedures for professional services.

(b)

Act 429 provides that said services in subsection (a) include legal, architectural, engineering, land surveying, and such other consulting services as the political subdivision should designate by two-thirds ( 2/3 ) vote of its governing body.

(c)

Building contractors acting as a consultant shall be included in subsections (a) and (b).
