§ 9-19. Disposition of funds.

  • All sums collected by the County Library Board shall become County funds and be deposited in the County Treasury in a separate fund to be called the "County Public Library Fund". All County monies for the operation of the County Public Library shall be provided by Quorum Court appropriation. Any person receiving or disbursing funds shall be bonded in accordance with other County employees.
