§ 9-17. Rules and regulations.

The County Library Board shall adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary and expedient for the proper operation and management of the County Public Library, not inconsistent with this article or the laws of the State, and shall have authority to alter, change, or amend such rules and regulations at its discretion.
