§ 9-15. Rights to buildings, equipment and books of former County Library Board.

The body formerly known as the Washington County Library Board is hereby abolished and all of its functions including exclusive control of the County Library buildings, equipment, and library books as the same exists or may hereafter exist is vested in the County Library Board created by this article.
