Ord. No. 2000-6, Art. 1, adopted Feb. 14, 2000, amended the Code by repealing former § 8-4 in its entirety. Former § 8-4 pertained to the authorization of a fund for the child support enforcement unit, and derived from Ord. No. 90-24, adopted Oct. 12, 1990.
