§ 5-4. Hazard mitigation plan adopted.

Washington County hereby adopts those portions of the Hazard Mitigation Plan relating to and protecting the jurisdictional area against all hazards, 2008-2013.

Washington County appoints the Emergency Management Director to assure that the Hazard Mitigation Plan will be reviewed at least annually and that any needed adjustment to the Hazard Mitigation Plan be developed and presented to the Quorum Court for consideration.

Washington County hereby agrees to take such other official action as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the objectives of the Hazard Mitigation Plan.
