§ 5-2. Fees for certain information requested from the 911 office.

(a)

That the fees as set out in Exhibit No. 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out word for word are hereby adopted.

(b)

These fees may be changed from time to time by a simple voice vote.

(c)

It is hereby acknowledge that pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, all records are open to inspection by the public and may be copied for a reasonable charge. It is therefore stated that this section shall apply only when the office is requested to do the research and not when a member of the public is attempting to exercise his or her rights pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act.
