§ 4-22. Filling of position; authority.

Latest version.

The position of Election Coordinator shall be filled by the County Board of Election Commissioners. Such Board shall hire the coordinator and pay the same rate of pay and compensation fixed by the Quorum Court in the budget adopted for the Board of Election Commissioners and shall set forth the duties of the coordinator.
