§ 3-81. Historic Washington County Courthouse Advisory Board.

(a)

There is hereby established the Historic Washington County Courthouse Advisory Board.

(b)

Said Advisory Board shall consist of professional people in the areas of architecture, engineering, building, finance, and other areas as deemed appropriate by the County Judge.

(c)

Said Board shall consist of no less than five (5) and no more than eleven (11) members to be appointed and to serve in accordance with Ark. Code Ann. § 14-14-705.

(d)

Said Board shall report to the Public Works Committee of the Quorum Court no less than once every six (6) months.

(e)

As it has been determined by the Quorum Court that said Board should have accomplished its purpose within two (2) years; this article shall expire and be deemed repealed within two (2) years from the effective date of its enactment.
