§ 2-173. Compensation.

(a)

The County Attorney shall receive a compensation specified by the budget.

(b)

Upon approval by the County Judge, the County Attorney may retain a law clerk when necessary to perform the duties as set out herein.

(c)

The Prosecuting Attorney is hereby authorized to pay full time and/or part time secretaries and overtime to other staff paid by the County from the Prosecuting Attorney's hot check fee account at no cost to the County.
