§ 2-16. Regular meetings.

(a)

The regular meeting of the County Quorum Court shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the Washington County Courthouse, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

(b)

By declaration of emergency or determination that an emergency exists and the safety of the general public is at risk, the County Judge shall change the date, place or time of the regular meeting of the Quorum Court.

(c)

Pursuant to A.C.A. § 25-19-106, the time and place of each regular meeting shall be furnished to anyone who requests the information.
