§ 2.3-11. Establishment; execution of agreement authorized.

The County of Washington hereby agrees to join cooperatively with the Cities of Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers, Siloam Springs, and Springdale and the County of Benton in establishing and providing for the operation of the Northwest Arkansas Airport Authority, and to that effect, hereby authorizes the County Judge and the County Clerk to execute the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority Agreement.
