§ 16-21. Speed limits on County roads.

Latest version.

(a)

Speed limits, unless otherwise posted, are hereby set on County roads as follows:

(1)

Paved roads ..... 50 miles
per hour

(2)

Dirt/gravel roads ..... 35 miles
per hour

(b)

Fines for violation of these speed limits shall be in accordance with State laws for State highways.
