§ 15-13. Contingency and effective date.

The provisions of this Article shall become effective on June 18, 1981, and are contingent on the enabling legislation, Act 991 of 1981 [Ark. Stat. Ann. § 17-2010 et seq.], now A.C.A. §§ 26-74-5371 et. seq., becoming effective on or before June 18, 1981.

Editor's note

Act 991 of 1981 became effective on June 18, 1981, and Ordinance No. 81-27 was approved at a referendum on July 28, 1981, by a vote of 6569 to 5537.
