§ 15-12. Ballot.

Latest version.

The County Clerk, on behalf of the Quorum Court, shall notify the County Board of Election Commissioners of the election, and shall submit to the County Board of Election Commissioners, a copy of the ballot title which shall read as follows:

"FOR adoption of a one (1) percent sales tax within Washington County."

"AGAINST adoption of a one (1) percent sales tax within Washington County."
