The Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act (Ark. Stat. Ann. 8-6-201 et seq. as updated
and amended) and the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Code 1984 as updated are hereby
adopted by Washington County and incorporated herein by reference. Copies of the Act
and the Code shall be filed in the office of the Washington County Clerk and shall
be available for public use, inspection, and examination.
