§ 13-12. Membership.

(a)

The Rural Development Authority shall be composed of five (5) members, each a qualified elector of the County.

(b)

The members of the Rural Development Authority shall be appointed by the duly elected County Judge, such appointments to be confirmed by the Quorum Court.

(c)

The term of office for the members of the Rural Development Authority shall be in accordance with Section 103 of Act 742 of 1977 [Ark. Stat. Ann. § 17-4106(2)(i)].
