§ 12-65. Penalty.

Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this division shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) plus prosecution costs for each offense. Each day said offense continues shall be considered a separate offense.
