§ 11-121. Clearing and grubbing.

(a)
All trees, stumps, roots and other obstructions not designated to remain shall be cleared and/or grubbed in such a manner so as to not cause injury to other things designated to remain. Stump holes shall be filled with suitable material and compacted.
(b)
If material is to be burned, it shall comply with all applicable laws and ordinances, and shall be under the constant care of competent watchmen.
