The purpose of this Article is to set forth procedures, requirements, minimum standards,
specifications and acceptance criteria for the development of all unincorporated land
under the jurisdiction of the Washington County Placing Board. Said land development
shall include, but not be limited to, tract splits; large-scale development (LSD);
subdivision and improvement of industrial, residential and commercial developments;
and mobile home parks. The purpose of the road development guidelines and standards
contained herein is to contribute to the dual function of traffic circulation and
means for access to land and water.
