The applicant shall at time of application pay to the County a fee of one hundred
dollars ($100.00) for the Moving and Occupancy Permit. In the event of denial of issuance
of Moving Permit, the one hundred dollars ($100.00) fee shall be returned to the applicant.
In the event the house or structure is moved from a site in the unincorporated portion
of the County to a site within a city, town or other County, a fee of fifty dollars
($50.00) will be charged for the Moving Permit.
