§ 11-13. Duties and functions.

The duties and functions of the County Planning Board shall include those duties and functions enumerated in Act 422 of the 1977 Arkansas General Assembly [Ark. Stat. Ann. §§ 17-1107—17-1116] as such Act may be amended from time to time, and as may be requested or assigned by the Quorum Court from time to time.
